By the completion of CNOOC Huizhou Refinery & Petrochemicals Project Phase II (22 million T/Y refinery expansion project), RELIABLE IN-P-M series buckling pin valves successfully applied in the world’s largest multipoint ground flare system.

Listed in the national 12^th five-year plan and based on the Huizhou Petrochemicals Project Phase I (12 million T/Y refinery), CNOOC Huizhou Refinery & Petrochemicals Project Phase II includes 10 million T/Y refinery and 1.2 million T/Y ethylene. The ethylene project is jointly built by CNOOC and SHELL Group. Total investment of the Phase II is 46.6 billion yuan for 27 sets of main units, coal gasification, power station, storage, water, electricity, etc. utility project and auxiliary production facility. By the completion of this project, it became the world’s largest multipoint ground flare system with maximum processing capacity.
